For those SMEs working in Digital Technology, Life Sciences or Advanced Manufacturing, there's exciting news: Arise Innovation Hubs have been featured in the Winter 2025 edition of Breakthrough magazine, the UK’s leading publication for science parks and innovation centres.

Breakthrough reaches over 120,000 professionals across the UK’s innovation ecosystem. It’s distributed to all UKSPA members, featured at major science and technology events, and read by decision-makers, entrepreneurs, and researchers who shape the future of UK tech. The article, Ambitiously Essex, highlights how Arise has helped build a thriving tech cluster in Chelmsford and Harlow since 2015. With over 70 businesses and 280 jobs supported, Arise offers more than just office space. Their ABOVE programme (Arise Beyond Open Innovation Value and Entrepreneurship), delivered in partnership between Arise Innovation Hubs, Medilink Midlands and Pioneer Group, funded by Essex County Council, has already helped 35 businesses innovate products, processes and services, while supporting 20 local jobs. This is real, tangible support for SMEs looking to scale, pivot or launch new ideas.
